About Kitchen Kinetic

Kitchen Kinetic was built to help food businesses operate with clarity, confidence and knowledge. Chef Natasha Reta is a culinary advisor and hospitality problem solver with over 15 years of hands-on experience inside real working commercial kitchens around the world. Living the pace, pressure, and unpredictability of service, harnessing the understanding of how small inefficiencies can silently cost restaurants time, money, and energy.

The approach is grounded in experience, NOT THEORY. Viewing kitchens as the living systems that they are- where people, process, equipment, time and food all influence each other.
